1. Most, if not all, of these are sold on sites other than Amazon. As a reader, please consider not promoting buying books on Amazon. They are quite literally trying to force independent booksellers and brick & mortar bookstores out of business to create a monopoly on the book selling market. Buying books from Amazon is really detrimental for anyone who cares about bookstores existing.

      While I do sometimes mention Amazon because it’s a widely known platform, I also understand the importance of supporting alternatives.
